We have added an available litters page. Our litter page will help all Colorado's breeder bred rats find a loving home, this page will also help adopters find the babies they want. We hope that this will be of great help to everyone.

We are very happy to announce our new official Public Relations Director, Karen of Hidden Haven Rattery (H2R). This has been a long time coming, Karen has been "acting" as a director for over 2 years, but without the title. However she has held much sway in every decision made by this club since the beginning of our history, she has also had an equal vote in all decisions. We were waiting to give her the title once her situation permitted, and the time has finally arrived. Karen is one of the original founding members of ACRE.
We want to give Karen a big round of applause and and huge THANK YOU for all of her hard work and for allowing us to FINALLY give her the title of the PR director. Now the board of directors is finally complete! The rest of the directors have waited a long time for Karen to join us!
The job of the PR director is to advocate to the public our intentions and be the "voice" of the club. The public will hear final decisions made by the club through this director. The PR director votes in all club decisions.

We are very happy that the community is opening their arms to the club and to events in the state of Colorado. We want to thank everyone for your kindness and Support! As our community grows we would like to open our arms to new breeders and those who would like to be mentored as a new breeder. If you would like to start breeding rats responsibly please let us know so that we can, help, mentor and support your efforts. Please also read our article on "Would you like to breed". Every new breeder should have a fair start and a mentor to help work with you and teach you, however you never know who you can trust to teach you. We would like to offer that to you. Please contact us if this interests you.

ACRE's website has received a face lift! We now have a new color scheme and official club colors! Our colors are Red, White and a highlights of Blue & Grey for our headers. We know that this professional color mix will not only be enjoyable for you to look at, but it will also give us a color theme for our events!
News for October 28, 2008
Although the ACRE club is not brand new, as we have been gaining support and meeting for years, showing is a new facet of our club. This is a new section of the club that was added along with our affiliation with AFRMA.
Because of this addition to our club, we are currently updating the site and adding show related pages. Right now these pages have not been reveled to the public, but they will be once they are done. So those updates will be popping up shortly.
